What Holidays do we observe?
Even though we do work year-round, we do not operate on these Holidays. Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve and Christmas day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Memorial Day, Indigenous Peoples Day

May I choose my service days?
Unfortunately not. To keep operations efficient, You'll be added to an already established route and is affiliated with your address and service frequency. No promises, but you are looking for a specific day of service, give us a call and we will see what we can do.

Do we work while dogs are outside?
Absolutely! As long as the dog (s) are kind and friendly! If you have a dog with more of an aggressive nature, we ask that they stay inside until the job is complete.

Do I need to be home during service days?
One of the many great things about this service is that you do not need to be home! But, we ask that you leave the fence gate they we will be entering through unlocked and yard is clear and safe for access. If the gate is locked, you will still be charged for that visit and we will try to come later or figure out a day where we can come back.

How will i know that someone came by to clean my yard
You will receive and email/text before arrive and an email/text after the job was completed

Do you work year round?
Yep! Rain or shine! Unless severe weather such as torrential downpour, thunderstorms, snow, etc. Otherwise, we will be there to service your yard!

Do I need to sign a contract?
. Heck no! Clients are no required to fill out a contract whatsoever

Can I add, lessen or cancel service?
Yes! Just let us know 7 days prior, especially before you are billed! Send an email to ardenthoundwaste@gmail.com and we will take care of it for you!
